Who am I?

I’m an independent social worker with over 10 years’ experience in safeguarding children with a specialist focus on Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE).

As a qualified practice educator, I’ve supported and trained student social workers, delivered university lectures, and completed advanced county lines and contextual safeguarding training with the MET Police. My professional practice is deeply informed by lived experiences. Growing up around gangs and youth violence has given me unique insight into the realities many young people and families face.

While CCE remains a core area of my expertise, my coaching work goes beyond this. I support women on a personal development journey. Helping them build confidence, heal from generational trauma, and reconnect with their goals and identity.

After having my own son, who was born with complex medical needs, I experienced the disconnection and identity loss so many mothers face. Rebuilding myself was the most empowering journey of my life and it showed me a powerful truth: when women are healed, confident, and operating as their best selves, they show up differently for their children, partners, and communities. This creates a ripple effect, breaking generational cycles, nurturing stronger families, and inspiring a new generation to grow with confidence, resilience, and hope.
