Who am I?
For over a decade, I worked as an independent social worker in child protection and safeguarding, supporting families facing Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), domestic abuse, mental health challenges, and substance misuse. Day after day, I witnessed the immense pressure placed on women, particularly mothers in single-parent households, who were expected to hold everything together while carrying unresolved trauma, generational patterns, and systemic inequality.
I supported mothers who were exhausted, overwhelmed, and emotionally disconnected not because they lacked love or ability, but because they had never been given the space to heal.
Then I became a mother myself.
After the birth of my son, who was born with complex medical needs, I experienced a profound loss of identity. The professional confidence I once relied on no longer sustained me. I was surviving, functioning, and caring for everyone else while slowly losing connection to myself.
The Transformation
Rebuilding myself became the most transformative journey of my life.
Through deep reflection, healing, and intentional self-work, I began to strip back the layers of expectation, guilt, survival and conditioning. I reconnected with who I was beyond roles, responsibilities and trauma. What emerged was clarity, confidence, emotional strength, and a sense of alignment I had never experienced before.
That journey taught me a powerful truth:
When women heal and reconnect with themselves, everything around them changes.
They show up differently for their children.
They form healthier relationships.
They make empowered choices.
And they begin to break generational cycles that once felt unshakeable.
The Mission
My mission is to support women — especially mothers — to reconnect with their identity, rebuild confidence, and create lives that feel aligned, fulfilling, and emotionally grounded.
This work is about more than coping.
It’s about transformation.
It’s about helping women move from survival to self-trust, clarity, and empowerment.
Why I Help Mothers
Because motherhood can magnify unhealed wounds, identity loss, and emotional overwhelm and too often, mothers are expected to manage this silently.
I help mothers because when a woman feels whole, confident and supported, her children feel it too.
Healing a mother doesn’t just change her life, it changes the future of her family.
Supporting mothers is one of the most powerful forms of early intervention and generational change.
What Makes My Approach Different
My work sits at the intersection of psychodynamic understanding, trauma-informed practice, and transformational coaching.
I don’t offer surface-level mindset work or quick fixes.
Instead, I combine:
Psychodynamic insight to understand how childhood, identity and unconscious patterns shape behaviour
Trauma-informed practice to create emotional safety, regulation and deep healing
Coaching techniques that support action, confidence, and sustainable change
This approach honours both the emotional depth of a woman’s story and her capacity to grow, lead and thrive.
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about unbecoming what no longer serves you and becoming who you truly are.
